Jewellery Descriptions & Images

We strive to describe our jewellery items as accurately as possible, including images and measurements. Since we want you to know exactly what you are getting, please contact us if you would like more details about a certain item. We would be glad to help in any way we can.

Please note that some images may be larger than the actual size of the item in order to show you the small details of the piece. When this occurs, we always provide measurements to provide accuracy of the actual size.

Payments

All of our jewellery items are priced in GBP. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

Laura-anne French Designs is fully integrated to accept credit card payments using PayPal, ensuring that we never see your credit card information. Upon checkout, you will be taken to Paypal's secure payments page. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you may register an account at that time or simply pay with your card.

We also accept payment via Cheques or Postal Order. If you wish to send a Cheque or Postal Order please select this option upon checkout or contact us with your order.

Please remember that cheques take at least three business days to clear. Be sure to include your order information with your cheque. Your items will be sent to you shortly after the cheque has cleared.

At this time we do not take telephone order's sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, with a shipping charge of £2.00. At this time, please contact us for more information on International shipping.

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please allow 3 business days for delivery of your order. Please keep in mind that if your order is placed during busy periods, or is out of stock, it may take up to a week for delivery.

If you wish to track the progress of your order, please use our Order Tracking system.

Refunds

We currently offer a 7 day money-back guarantee.* If you are unhappy with any item, please return your item in perfect, unworn condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any jewellery designed to pierce the body, including earrings. The only exception is if the body jewellery or earrings are defective, in which case a full refund or exchange will be issued.

*Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

In the event that we determine that the fault occured as a result of misuse or mistreatment, we reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.

Privacy Protection

At Laura-anne French Designs, the protection of your privacy is very important to us. For this reason, we do not disclose your information to third parties at any time. Any information we retain will be used for your benefit only.Please note we do not store any credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
